The Old Town ARP project seeks to provide a wide range of opportunities to all stakeholders to provide their input on the Plan.

The Town has established the following committees to help steer this project.


Technical Advisory Committee

The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will include key Town staff from various internal departments. The TAC will provide technical advice to the project team and review various ARP drafts.


Local Advisory Working Group

The Local Advisory Working Group (LAWG) will be comprised of external stakeholders including citizens, business owners, landowners and members from the development industry. The Town will identify and confirm approximately 8-10 members for this Working Group. The LAWG will be responsible for providing ongoing advice and direction to the project team.


MPC/Council Update

Ongoing project updates will be provided to the Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) and Council at key project stages.
